At our December meeting’s elections were held to elect five Directors at Large. Congratulations to the victorious candidates whose term begins January 1, 2024. The following are the official election results:

• John Curr: 33 votes*
• Joe Cartonia: 32 Votes*
• Peter Cappa: 25 Votes*
• Lou Resofsky: 24 Votes*
• Mike Kochmanski: 21 votes*
• Jeff Kuczynski: 20 votes

* = Elected Candidate

On Tuesday, February 14, 2023, Secretary James M. Bucki, Sr. received the following resignations effective the same day:

• Ed Hammond resigned from the position of President
• Leo Kaminsky resigned from the position of Vice President
• Joe Latimore resigned from the position of Director

The Board of Directors unanimously appointed the following people to fill some of the vacant positions that resulted from the resignations:

• David Tortorice appointed to President
• Peter Cappa appointed to Director

At the General Meeting, elections were held for the officer positions. All positions were unopposed and the following people were elected to a term that will begin March 1, 2023:

• Dave Tortorice, President
• Frank Garguiolo, Vice President
• Kathy Cartonia, Treasurer
• James M. Bucki, Sr., Secretary

Congratulations to the newly elected officers of the Buffalo Numismatic Association. Additionally, the Board would like to thank Ed, Leo, and Joe for their service to the club.
